Refund policy

You can return any item within 30 days of receiving it, in the same condition you received it in. If your item is faulty we'll cover the return postage. If it hasn't arrived or arrived damaged, contact us and we'll sort it out - we're collectors too, and we pride ourselves on our customer service.

Custom-built items are made to your specification and can't be returned unless faulty.

Please note: our models contain small parts and are intended for adults (18+). If you're buying for someone younger, please keep small parts away from children.  If you are purchasing for someone under 18, you are buying at your own risk.
