Shipping policy

We ship worldwide.

All UK orders ship free of charge.

International shipping is calculated at checkout, and we discount shipping when you order multiple items - if the rate looks wrong, contact us and we'll fix it before you pay.

In-stock items are dispatched within 1-2 working days. Printed-to-order items, including large terminals and airport-specific buildings, are dispatched within 2-5 working days.  Custom builds will take longer, and will be specified in our communication directly with you.

You will receive tracking by email when your order is on its way.
